Architected and developed the automated provisioning engine for a major UK telecom modernization, migrating legacy PSTN enterprise and retail customers to All-IP Digital Voice. Python microservices on Ciena Blue Planet automate end-to-end Voice over Broadband activation, with declarative service templates handling network state transitions, CPE configuration and core IMS routing.
