Built on Python microservices and the Ciena Blue Planet ecosystem, it bridges legacy carrier voice infrastructure and cloud collaboration tools. Developed the service templates for network state orchestration and integrated Microsoft's carrier APIs to automate real-time number assignment and porting, then transitioned the project from local Docker to a production-ready Kubernetes pod architecture.

  2. Digital Voice (DV)

    Client: British Telecom

    Architected and developed the automated provisioning engine for a major UK telecom modernization, migrating legacy PSTN enterprise and retail customers to All-IP Digital Voice. Python microservices on Ciena Blue Planet automate end-to-end Voice over Broadband activation, with declarative service templates handling network state transitions, CPE configuration and core IMS routing. High-throughput transactional pipelines eliminated manual configuration overhead and enabled zero-downtime, high-volume customer cutovers.
